Application for 2025-26 CUHK Parking Labels
(New Label Effective Date: 1 Oct 2025)
Please be informed that the university parking labels for 2024-25 are due to expire on 30 Sep 2025. New labels for 2025-26, valid from 1 Oct 2025 to 30 Sep 2026, can be applied from 28 Aug 2025 onwards.
Current label holders who wish to renew their labels are advised to apply early and have new labels collected before 30 Sep 2025. First time applicants, when submitting the application to Security Office, are required to produce relevant supporting documents (original or photocopy) including valid driving license, vehicle registration document and insurance policy for verification purposes.
Pursuant to 9th (2023) AAPC Meeting held on 12 Sep 2023, with effect from Label Year 2023/24, an annual label fee of HK$1,500 (which is non-refundable) will be charged for each A/AR/E label issued. Label fee for disabled drivers will be waived while motor-cycles will be charged at half.
To faciltate a smooth transition to the new fee-charging arrangements, the following concession rate(s) in the initial 3 years will be offered:

If the application and supporting documents fully meet the requirements for issuing parking labels, the new parking labels will usually be ready for collection at the Control Room of Security Office (24 hours in operation) in two working days after submission of application. Staff identity card / HKID of the applicant or his/her representative should be produced upon collection of the new labels for verification and acknowledgement purposes. Besides, old labels are required to be returned to Security Office upon collection of the new labels while the RFID is to be retained for use.
