New Redemption Arrangement for CUHK Alumni Credit Card’s 4 Hrs Free Parking Benefit
(Effective from 4 January 2018)
1. First, swipe Alumni Credit Card at Library Terminal for validation of entitlement for free parking benefit.
2. Then, tap Octopus used for entry at Library Terminal for redemption of e-coupon for parking benefit.
3. Upon departure at gate, tap entry Octopus at the Payment Terminal to enjoy up to 4 hours free parking and payment of balances (if any).
4. If there is insufficient fund in entry Octopus, tap another Octopus to pay the balance.
5. If QR code parking coupon is used together, only one coupon can be used (tap QR coupon first, after validation, then tap Octopus.)
(Note: Failure to obtain parking benefits due to non-compliance of above steps will not be refunded.)
